Postcard Letter opener

This is an antique postcard that has a letter opener attached to it.  On the letter opener is the University seal.  The card says "The Magic Key- An envelope sealed so tightly, A book that is very new, Will gladly unfold their pages, and whisper their secrets to you"  It has an image of a woman opening a letter.
