USC DCI award

This is a small award, that shows Tommy Trojan, and has a DCI across the top.  DCI was the "Delinquency Control Institute", which was started in 1946 as part of the School of Public Policy.  It was started to help address youth delinquency in Los Angeles. The back has a stamped GF on it.   It measures 1.5 inches high, by 5/8th across, .
