1937 USC seal on Book watch winder.

This is a 1937 USC seal on book watch winder.   The back has an inscription that says "Augie to Gladys.  3/28/37"   It is also stamped Robbins Co. Attleboro  1/20  10K.  GF.    Some of the material has worn away from use on the back.  Measures 1.75 high by 5/8th wide.
