1940's Booklet about USC

This is a booklet that highlights USC faculty, facilities, student life, sororities, and fraternities.  Couple of stains on the front, but is in overall VG condition.  I believe it is from sometime in the 1940's   It measures 10.25 by 7 inches.  31 pages long.
